The only clip in extensions that fall out easily are the ones that are cheap and BAD quality. I take mine out at night so they dont get all tangled and whatnot. I used to have them I ended up giving them away.
Run oils and conditioners gently through the lower sections of the extensions hair only.
Keep in mind that when you are wearing hair extensions for weeks and months at a time you become accustomed to the feeling of having very thick full hair. I can assure you these are NOT. If youre going to get extensions just splurge and get real hair extensions that your hairdresser puts in. Clip-in extensions wont fall out easily please do not worry.
